Sustaining Members and equipment suppliers for the milk and food industry are cordially invited to exhibit their products at the 96th Annual Conference of the NYSAFP

Conference exhibits dates and times:
Tues, Sept 17th 4:00pm-8:00pm
Wed, Sept 18th 9:00am-5:00pm
Thur, Sept 19th, 9:00am-Noon
The exhibits will be in the Superior/Erie Ballroom and the room will be available for set up at 3:00pm Tuesday, September17th. You are also invited to attend the Tuesday evening event beginning at 6:00pm.
The conference, which will have an anticipated attendance of approximately 150+ participants, is intended for:
Milk and food sanitarians, including laboratory and quality control personnel
Milk and food plant managers
Field personnel and suppliers to the milk and food industry
There is a charge of $450.00 per 6' table for non-sustaining members to exhibit at the Annual Conference; if your company is a current sustaining member, the fee is $300.00 per table. Fee includes:
For an additional $100.00 we would like to invite you to present any new technology, innovations or upcoming events that your company is doing in a no more than 5 minute presentation to the group during the lunch reception on Wednesday. This will be held in the exhibit room and will give you an opportunity to reach the whole group at once.
